We are recruiting for an exceptional recruitment company in the heart of Reading. Our client is an international business, built on organic growth. The client is looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join their expanding and hugely successful team. You will have worked in a targetted sales role for at least 12 months (NOT RETAIL). You will have a proven track record in sales and you will have a CV that shows progression in your career. You will have a passion for Sales and Account Management and have no fear of making calls to senior level decision makers. You will be a highly credible candidate with exceptional communications skills, both verbal and written and be of a highly professional nature. Your education will be preferably to degree level, or you will have had the equivalent experience in sales positions. Previous recruitment experience is not essential, but to have a passion to work in recruitment is. You will be target driven and money-motivated and have superb team skills. You will be able to justify your reasons to want to work in recruitment and have an understanding of the challenges you may face in the role. You will be enthusiastic about becoming a sector expert within your specialist area. You will be expected to provide high level consultancy and advice to both hiring companies and potential candidates. Engaging with people is critical and the telephone will be your medium for the majority of your interactions. You will need to be extremely organised to ensure that you meet your daily commitments and that tasks are completed at the right time. You will demonstrate pride in all you do and passionately believe that what you do adds value. You will be expected to visit existing and potential clients and represent the company in a highly professional manner.
