Located in the beautiful city of Krakow in Southern Poland, our client is looking for a Talent Development Manager.
This role is supporting the client in the development and implementation of a learning & development strategy. You will be conducting learning need analysis to identify and develop training opportunities at all levels as well as facilitating soft skills and customer care classroom training for new and existing employees. Partnering with HR leadership you will deploy development programs in support of succession planning activities, ensure courses and programs meet stated objectives and report as per the norms laid by the organization.
Who you are;
you have proven experience in Learning & Development
you are an articulate facilitator with the ability to deliver succinct messages, garner commitment from all levels of employees across the company in both formal and informal settings
you have coaching skills and strong personal influence and comfortable interacting with all levels of employees
you are fluent in both spoken and written English
you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
you possess excellent teaching skills / public speaking
you have a knowledge of adult learning theories
you have the ability to work with minimal guidance or supervision in a time critical environment
you have the ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes
you are ambitious, innovative and self-driven
