You will support customers in Italian and English via phone and email. A positive and resilient attitude, interest in travel and good general knowledge of geographies are required and some previous customer service experience
Applicants should have;
Fluent written and spoken Italian or Spanish and English
Excellent Customer Care
Strong Technical Skills
Strong Problem Solving Skills
A generous basic salary, quarterly bonus, travel subsidy, highly subsidised medial cover, life assurance, 4 weeks holiday per year plus public holidays and 3 weeks training are provided.
A relocation package is also available.
