Italian Travel Customer Service Reps. Starting date 4th of April.

Job Description

Located in Sofia our client offers a contemporary working environment, world class training and generous remuneration as well as the opportunity to work with highly desirable brands. Due to expanding business requirements they are looking for enthusiastic, customer-centric team players to work for one of the worlds best known travel brands.

You will support customers in Italian and English via phone and email. A positive and resilient attitude, interest in travel and good general knowledge of geographies are required and some previous customer service experience

Applicants should have;
Fluent written and spoken Italian or Spanish and English
Excellent Customer Care
Strong Technical Skills
Strong Problem Solving Skills
