Travel Specialist (Dutch + French/ Spanish)

The Company

For our client a constantly growing online travel agency we are currently recruiting a Travel Specialist for the Benelux market.
 

The Job

In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service to the Benelux market, creating exceptional value and solving any issues to deliver a consistent quality of service.

- Making changes or cancellations
- Maintain client relationships through product support over the phone
- Respond to questions regarding bookings, payment methods and proposed information
- Provide high-quality service
- Control of clients who have not completed the purchase
- Provide customer satisfactions surveys
- Responding for requests for reservations
 

The Profile

- Native Dutch speaker + Fluent level of Spanish or French
- Candidate already located in Barcelona
- Very good communication (oral and written) and listening skills
- Previous experience in the Tourism Industry is a plus
- Team player, open-minded and always ready to help
- A motivated and dynamic candidate

The Offer

- Working in a constantly growing company
- International working environment
- Basic salary of 16K + bonus up to 20% + Ticket Restaurant
- Working hours: Monday to Friday: rotation shifts between 8am -10 pm + 1 weekend per month with working hours from 9am and 7pm
- Permanent contract
- Office located in the center of Barcelona
- Start date: ASAP
