Turkish Customer Representative

Job Description

We are currently recruiting high/native speakers of Turkish to be part of an exciting new team, working for the leader in the technological sector (computers, MP3, telecommunication, entertainment).

Our Service will be responsible for Customer's requests and Sales support regarding phones, music and a lot more!

Your main tasks

-Take incoming user requests (via telephone, email, voicemail, pager, or other automated alerts), log call details onto case management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA to customer

-Logging and follow up of correct and Valid Orders or requests.

-Ensuring the highest level of Customer Satisfaction Surveys Scores, Proactively update customers with status and resolution progress.

-Delivery of high caliber Customer Service on Post-Sales requisitions (Logistics, warranties, refunds...)

-Capturing of all required data elements in CRM as required by client's training, policies and procedures.

- Inbound Sales support and selling of products to increase revenue & conversion rates, while ensuring the highest level of Customer Satisfaction Surveys Scores

- Achieve sales goals set out on a quaterly basis while providing an excellent customer experience

What we offer

-Full-time and "Obra y Servicio" contract
-Schedule: Monday to Sunday, from 08.00 to 22.00 (30 hrs/week, rotating shift)
Salary: 12260.30 Euros gross/year + up to 153.84Euros gross/month

What we need from you

-High/native speaker of Turkish
-High Level of English.
-Excellent communication skills in a variety of customer facing situations. 
-Good team player with drive for success.
-Previous experience in similar position is a plus.
-Team player/positive attitude

-Tolerate stress/patience
-Flexibility / Adaptability 
-Related Studies 
-Experience in similar position 
-Apple basic knowledge
