Your challenge

The ideal candidate will be representing a huge company (who you probably interact with every single day!) providing product support analysing and troubleshooting online issues. You will be working in a professional environment, in an international team in one of the world’s most loved capital cities! •Troubleshooting and resolving complex IT issues

•Providing advice and technical guidance to colleagues and managers

•Communicating effectively with other departments regarding different projects involving an online element

•Serving as a point of contact for managers who are working to improve the clients online experience

Your Resume

•Fluent in written and verbal Turkish and English

•Relevant degree e.g. Computer Science and/or relevant experience

•Knowledge of HTML and Javascript 

•Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and then communicate how to fix them to a non-technical audience

•Technically minded individual with an extreme attention to detail.
