This client is an exciting global telecoms organisation that operates all around the world supporting over 30 different languages! You will be representing a leading network security tech company who need Sales Executives with language abilities in order to address their expanding international markets. This organisation provides a contemporary working environment with a diverse team based in the most inexpensive city in the UK!
Your main role will be to build and maintain good relationships with a number of entities including end customers, resellers, client account managers and distributors. You will have an assigned geographical area where you will be responsible for ensuring that end customers continually place purchase orders. This will require a highly confident, outgoing and personable individual who has a good sales ability. Some of your daily tasks will involve:
•Building new purchase pipelines and maintaining good relationships with previous customers
•Forecasting monthly intakes tracking your performance against the teams set objectives
•Mentoring newer employees, taking part in side by side training and peer mentoring of newer or less experienced colleagues
•Maintaining an excellent understanding of the products for which you are responsible in order to provide customers with the most informative information possible
•Logging all interactions that take place with customers into the organisations CRM system
•Fluency in written and spoken Turkish
•Pervious B2B or B2C experience
•Proven experience with consistently meeting targets
•Self motivator with the ability to prioritise workload
•Excellent selling skills with previous sales experience a bonus!
•Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
•Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with end users and colleagues
•Excellent attention to detail and follow up skills
•Highly IT literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
