What is the job?
We are looking for a Turkish Claims Specialist who will work for a large well-known insurance provider. If you are happy to start a stable job abroad - this is the right one for you! This Turkish job involves processing insurance claims within a set deadline of 48 hours and dealing closely with other departments to make sure the claim is forwarded to a relevant specialist. Please note, this Claims Specialist job is a purely administrative job where no direct customer contact is involved. Moreover, you will ensure you have all the right data and that all Turkish customers' claims are resolved. This job is for someone who has administrative and some customer service experience and wants to have a long-term employment abroad. Who are we looking for?
To be considered for the Turkish job as a customer service representative you need to be first of all (near) native Turkish with fluent English. You have ideally gained some previous customer service experience and have experience in working with targets and deadlines. The Turkish job is by no means a high-volume call centre job but as you will be working with insurance policies you need to have an eye for detail and are able to cope with pressure.

Interview process and salary
The interviews for the Turkish customer service job will take place over the phone and if successful, you will be asked to fly over to Dublin for a face-to-face interview. Next to that, you will have to complete some tests over the computer to test your accuracy.
A successful candidate will obtain a great competitive salary of €25.000, - with possibilities to grow! The company will also help you with the relocation and paperwork.
