Turkish speaking Customer Support Agent

Job Description

One of our clients, a fun and vibrant iGaming operator is now looking for a Native Speaking Turkish Customer Support Agent to join their CS team. Friendly atmosphere with great management that look after their staff.

As a Customer Support Agent you will mainly be dealing with customer queries by means of telephone, email and live chat. Day shifts only – 5 days a week. Immediate start.


  • Fluency in Turkish and English language
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, both in Turkish and English
  • Confident telephone manner, professionalism and customer focus
  • Excellent time management, flexibility and adherence to schedule
  • Ability to work within a challenging environment
  • Strong values for teamwork, customer service, initiative and integrity
  • An understanding of the online gaming industry would be an advantage
  • Experience of working in Customer Service and/or call centre environment is preferred.
