UX Manage

Job Description

The Client
Our client, a leader company within the I-gaming industry is looking to recruit an UX Manager to join their growing team. 
This candidate will optimise tests and processes to enhance a culture of data-driven decision making across the brand.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver visual consistency that is highly user centric
  • Ensure consistency between site,mobile, micro-site and landing pages
  • Translate business requirements,end-user needs and input from cross-functional teams into innovative user experience
  • Responsible for the production of all UX project deliverables 
  • Map and optimise onsite user journeys
  • Direct the design, building, and usability testing of interactive prototypes to iterate and evolve design concepts
  • Lead and conduct Optimisation testing (A/B and MVT)
  • Align with marketing research to understand the needs and desires of our target customers
  • Identify and prioritise key pain points that influence conversion
  • Report on all tests and communicate findings within the commercial team
  • A degree in a related field will be considered an asset
  • Previous Experience in a similar position is a must 
  • Able to work under pressure and under minimum supervision
