They offer their customers a range of interactive marketing solutions that combine a consumer-oriented approach to acquisition and retention programs along with good profit-based business models. They work with their customers to create tailored business plans and service packs for each client.

Description of the role

  • As an Outbound Agent, you are responsible for promoting various activities and promotions to existing customers via email, phone and sms to maximize your experience. These are not cold calls, this is for existing customers.
  • Monitor clients' performance and proactively target clients to increase performance
  • Make sales calls to targeted customer groups in your portfolio
  • Monitor your customers' daily activity and contact them as needed to ensure they have a positive customer experience
  • Do your utmost and best to engage customers
  • Additional internal training is provided by the company.


  • Good language skills in Norwegian and English.
  • Experience with the iGaming industry is considered an advantage
  • Good writing and communication skills.
  • Credibility when dealing with highly valued players.
  • The ability to handle multiple balls in the air, as well as manage your own workload and work under pressure
  • The ability to analyze and draw conclusions
  • Flexible when it comes to working hours (No night shift)
  • The ability to work independently, but also in teams
  • Good computer skills (Excel, Word, Mail etc)
