Warranty/Claims Specialist

Job Description

REED is currently looking for communicative and junior candidates for position of Warranty/Claims Specialist for our client. On this role you will be involved in various internal projects and support customers from different countries. If you speak foreign languages and you are open to new experience this is perfect career opportunity for you.

As a Warranty Clamis Specialist you will: 
- implement practices to improve operational efficiencies
- investigate warranty claims, facilitate recovery and assign appropriate responsibilities
- conduct and review monthly reporting
- running queries
- verification and analysis of warranty claims 
- documenting and adding comments
- coach rest of the team on quality aspects or new learning when required

Required skills:
- experience from customer service/administration/project management is desirable
- knowledge of MS Office, advanced Excel is advantage
- experience in data processing is advantage
- interpersonal skills to deal with suppliers, engineers, other departments
- team player, detail oriented
- advanced Chinese or Portuguese or Italian or French or German + English

Starting date: immediately
