Web Support Executive (Dutch)

The Company

Our client is an international service provider based in the center of Sitges. Beside the calm and friendly working environment in the company, the city of Sitges combines the benefits of a holiday place while being located to a big cosmopolitan city. It is also easily reachable by train.

The Job

The ideal candidate has experience in launching a webpage or blog and a feeling for explaining web hosting topics to customers. The main tasks include:

- Handling inbound calls from Dutch customers
- Dealing with inquiries on the phone, email, social media and live chat
- Answering questions regarding technical problems and issues
- You will begin in first line support, but expected to grow rapidly to second line

The Profile

- Dutch speaker with fluency in English, German is a plus
- Min. 1 year of experience in Customer Service
- Only people living already in Barcelona 
- Experience in Technical Support and willingness to learn 
- Good troubleshoot skills
- Stress-resistant, excellent telephone manner and service oriented
- Good computer and social media skills
- Good communication and writing skills in both languages
- Experience in the web hosting industry is considered as a big plus

The Offer

- 6 month contract with the possibility for a permanent one
- Salary: 17.000 Euro gross/year, 18.000 Euro/year after 6 months

- Job based in Sitges: easily accesible by train from Barcelona, approximately 30 minutes - most of current employees are coming from Barcelona
- Start date: ASAP
