Work Force Analyst

You will be representing a world-leading car manufacturer who requires an experienced Work Force Manager in their Real Time and Scheduling team. This internationally operating BPO provides a contemporary working environment with a diverse team and generous benefits based in the culturally rich city of Luton!

Your Challenge

 

As a Work Force Manager you will be required to support the real time teams in covering and monitoring performance on a real-time basis and making necessary adjustments to staffing to optimise Service Levels and enhance the Client and Customer Experience. This means you will create detailed schedules based on forecasted staffing requirements. You will also be accountable to schedule coaching sessions, meetings and special events. You will need to  have a very decisive personality as you will proactivity review the performance of production and makes recommendations to increase productivity.

 

Your Resume

•  Previous experience within a contact centre 

•  Professional proficiency in English

•  Flexible in regards to working hours

•  IT literate

•  Great communication skills

•  Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers

•  Calm under pressure
•  Planning and problem solving 
•  Advanced Excel skills
•  IEX workforce management tools
